On November 27th, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Sanor Klinngam, the President of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, led a team from the International Education Center to organize a Loy Krathong activity for Chinese students from Qujing Normal University. The activity included teaching them how to make krathongs following the Thai tradition, aiming to promote and preserve Thai culture for generations to come
